A sneak peak at my 7th book!
In fall of 2027 my next book will be out! This story is one closest to my heart - it is the story of my grandpa's passing. The story is a poetic journey of a young girl and her grandpa as she helps him on his way to the spirit world. The story helps young people deal with death, and is something that would have brought me comfort during the hardest days. This book is my second book with Hawlii Pichette, and this is a draft thumbnail (like a rough draft) from the book. It is looking SO beautiful, Hawlii is truly a great gift and talent!
A sneak peak at my 8th book!
A companion title to A Salmon Story will be released in Spring 2028. Titled A Caribou Story, the book follows the Porcupine caribou herd on their incredible annual migration to their calving grounds in Alaska.
This story is also a powerful call to action, encouraging readers to stand up for the protection of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and to support the Indigenous land protectors working tirelessly to safeguard the future of the caribou and the lands they depend on.
